Installation and usage precautions
How to choose a suitable installation location for wall mounted boilers?
Wall mounted boilers can be installed in the following rooms and areas of the building:
1.Kitchen;
2.Dedicated room;
3. Closed balcony;
4.Outdoors and unenclosed balconies should have facilities to prevent wind, rain, snow, and freezing.
Wall mounted boilers are not allowed to be installed in the following rooms and areas of the building:
1.Living rooms such as bedrooms, living rooms, and bathrooms;
2.Near stairs and emergency exits (unrestricted beyond 5m);
3.A storage area for flammable and explosive materials.
Debugging and use of gas heating furnace
All gas heating furnaces should be debugged by professional service personnel on-site to ensure the normal use of the furnace, and the operating environment should be kept dry.
Protection of wall mounted boilers during winter use
In areas where wall mounted boilers are used for heating, the temperature is generally low, so it is necessary to do a good job of antifreeze when using the wall mounted boiler. The wall mounted boiler itself comes with a two-stage antifreeze function, which only protects the boiler itself and cannot protect your heating system. If the user’s house is idle in winter, please empty the water in the system to avoid freezing the system. To make the wall mounted boiler automatically freeze, please pay attention to the following points:
1. Power on the wall mounted boiler.
2. Keep the gas valve open and ensure sufficient gas supply.
3. The water pressure of the wall mounted boiler system is maintained at 1-1.5 Bar.
4. Ensure that the heating system has no leaks.
How to use wall mounted boilers for energy-saving heating?
Do not heat the room temperature too high during heating (usually a room temperature of 18-22 degrees Celsius is sufficient). When the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors is too large, people are prone to catching colds. And according to statistics, heating a room to 19 ℃ consumes 9% more energy than heating a room to 18 ℃.
Turn off or lower the temperature of unoccupied rooms.
When there is no one at home during the day, the wall mounted boiler can be lowered or turned off (when the outdoor temperature is above zero degrees).
Precautions for use
What should I pay attention to when using a wall mounted boiler?
1. Confirm that the heating system has no leaks. The natural gas pipeline has no leaks and the power supply is reliably grounded.
2. Confirm that the pipeline valve is in the open state.
3. Ensure the availability of natural gas, water, and electricity.
4. Confirm that the water pressure gauge of the wall mounted boiler displays within the normal range. If the water pressure is low, please add water.
Do wall mounted boilers need to be powered off when not in use for a long time?
There is no need to cut off the power, because our ROC wall mounted boiler has a water pump anti jamming function. After a power outage, the water pump anti jamming function will fail, and if the power is not turned on for a long time, the water pump will be jammed.
What should I do if the water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold when using hot water?
Whether to mix cold water during use. Wall mounted boilers cannot be mixed with cold water during use. If you feel that the water temperature is too high, you can adjust the set temperature of the wall mounted boiler’s domestic hot water. Additionally, when using hot water, are other water points also using domestic hot water? Changes in water flow can cause fluctuations in temperature.

How to choose a dual-purpose gas bath heater?
There are several factors to consider: firstly, the demand for domestic water, such as how many bathrooms, showers or bathtubs your home has, and whether the bathtub has massage or surfing functions, etc; The second consideration is the size of the heating area of the house, whether your home is in the north or south, and whether your house type is an apartment, duplex, or independent villa. Use safety issues
Does a wall mounted boiler consume a lot of electricity?
The main electrical components of wall mounted boilers are fans and circulating water pumps. The rated power consumption of wall mounted boilers is generally between 100w-200w. The power consumption of different products varies. You can refer to the product manual for each product in detail.
Will scaling occur in wall mounted boiler heating systems?
Ensure that the heating system is well sealed. After injecting a certain amount of water into the heating system for the first time, the scale generated is minimal. If water is not replenished in the future, there will be no new scale and it will not pose a danger to the heating system.
What are the reasons that affect the gas consumption of gas wall mounted boilers?
The gas consumption of wall mounted heating boilers is mainly due to the following factors:
1. Outdoor climate conditions;
2. Indoor set temperature;
3. The insulation performance of the room (with many windows and high air consumption);
4. Ventilation frequency of the room;
5. The orientation of the room (rooms facing south are relatively fuel-efficient);
6. The occupancy rate of surrounding rooms.
Can a gas wall mounted boiler provide both heating and sanitary hot water simultaneously?
Gas wall mounted boiler heating and sanitary hot water cannot operate simultaneously. Priority should be given to the function of sanitary hot water. The gas wall mounted boiler will automatically switch according to the usage of sanitary hot water.
Will frequent starting and stopping of wall mounted boilers affect their service life?
Don’t worry, our ROC wall mounted boilers have undergone millions of tests, and all models have a 3-minute delay function. After reaching the set temperature, two conditions must be met to start:
1. The combustion has stopped for three minutes,
2. The water temperature is lower than the set temperature, otherwise it will not start. So frequent start stop will not affect the service life.
